The Ease of Filling Prescriptions for Pets

assorted pillsThe insanity continues and yet we shouldn’t be surprised because it is all about economics on the corporate scale – is ever anything else these days? Several years ago Walmart began lobbying for a bill that will allow pet owners to get their prescriptions for their pets filled along with their own at the corporate giant’s discount stores. However, the veterinary community is fighting back – not for natural health oh no but to keep the corner on this market because it is part and parcel of the profit…although the veterinary community states that it is because the paperwork will be burdensome.

It is always about profitability folks. If it were about the animals there would be much less concern over prescriptions being filled and where to do that, and a lot more over how to PREVENT illness and promote health! There just isn’t that much money in a well animal though. Not that much in well people either for that matter.

Currently, at least in in South Florida, you can get your very unnecessary, ineffective, immune system damaging flu shot while you get your pets their very unnecessary, vaccinosis causing vaccine boosters all at a local Walgreens – now you can get your flu shot — and your pet’s vaccines — at Walgreens. Of course it is stated it is all about “convenience” and “safety” for you and your pets. Those are the buzz words the propaganda machine LOVES to use to hide the real agenda: profit while making everyone, animals included, sicker to make more profit. Dare I say it, maybe even to lessen the population burden? Well that is only for conspiracy theorists to think after all isn’t it? Hehe.

And it doesn’t end there…and why should it because after all people are now spending BILLIONS of dollars annually on pet “food” (commercial junk in bags and cans) and other pet products as well as veterinary care (again that too could be greatly reduced if people would take the red PILL and wake up out of the Matrix and follow the naturopathic principles for health for themselves AND their pets), and this mega discount giant wants in on that action! Big pharma is right there beside them supporting it all and encouraging it through their buying power. Diving right in as well is the FDA in the midst of it all of course. Since the anti-depressant market has been sort of backfiring on them with suicides and acts of aggression in human health why not do what they always do and push it onto the veterinary community? Profit matters! And that is just what they have done. Oh if your dog is now diagnosed as depressed or just seems unhappy you can give him a pill for that too.  The FDA passed it so it must be safe right? Read it here for yourself, as I kid you not: FDA approves dangerous new antidepressant drug for dogs

Think that’s it? Think again. Viagra is now being used for canine heart trouble. What ever happened to feeding your dog a REAL carnivore diet of raw meat, bones and organs and EXERCISE??? And there are great natural remedies/supplements that can help the heart grow stronger and healthier without any nasty side effects. These include hawthorne berry, CoQ10 supplement, Omega 3s, etc. Good grief what has happened to common sense and following the laws of nature? I suppose it has now become very uncommon as stated by Voltaire. And in fact, it is all about convenience for pet owners and profit for all other parties involved.

What it is NOT about is health. This is not health care. This is disease manufacturing. This is behavior and aggression problems in the making. This is lack of involvement and participation in our own health and therefore that of our animals for the sake of “convenience“.

Here are the side effects by the way of Viagra – that little blue pill that is supposed to be used to help your canine’s ill heart (in the movie The Matrix the blue pill puts you right back into the delusion and the analogy here has not escaped me and I hope not you either). Please notice the discrepancies in the information provided, which would be laughable if they weren’t so serious:

Side Effects of Viagra – for the Consumer (all bolding below is mine for emphasis)

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Viagra:
Diarrhea; dizziness; flushing; headache; heartburn; stuffy nose; upset stomach.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Viagra:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); chest pain; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; memory loss; numbness of an arm or leg; one-sided weakness; painful or prolonged erection; ringing in the ears; seizure; severe or persistent dizziness; severe or persistent vision changes; sudden decrease or loss of hearing; sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes.

This is not a complete list of all side effects that may occur. If you have questions about side effects, contact your health care provider. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. To report side effects to the appropriate agency, please read the Guide to Reporting Problems to FDA.

Personally I will opt for following the naturopathic laws of health mandated in nature for myself and my pets and forgo all of the above nonsense, insanity and delusion.

NONSENSE: conduct, action, etc., that is senseless, foolish, or absurd

INSANITY: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” ~Albert Einstein

DELUSION: “a fixed false belief that is resistant to reason or confrontation with actual fact.

Until next time…

Have a PAWsitively, tail waggin’, NATUROPATHICALLY healthy day!
