Shipping Info
We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping to ship your order. Every product is made fresh and usually ships within 7 working days.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Aspenbloom Pet Care/Supply. If however you are not completely sastisfied with any aromatherapy spray we will issue a full refund for the product price. You have 14 days to return a product.
NOTE: All book and CD sales are final
Please note that returns due to dislike, size, packaging etc. will incure a 20% restocking fee.
To return your product please contact us for a return authorization. We will email you with instructions on how to return your product to us.
Once we have recieved your product we will then issue you a refund via company check. We do not pay for return shipping charges. If however your product was defective or was a mistake on our part we will gladly pay your return shipping charges.
Our Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and therfore never sell, trade, or give your personal information or e-mail addresses to third parties not affiliated with your online order. You will only receive e-mails from us regarding your order.
