Hello, my name is Dr. Kim Bloomer. I am a veterinary naturopath versed in the preventive, natural care of animal health through proper species appropriate nutrition and other natural modalities – assisting you as part of your dog’s health care team.

I believe that dogs need special, individualized natural care to thrive and be well. Dogs have specific nutritional needs and the needs of individual dogs will vary. With the proper nutrition and care, our dogs can live longer and happier lives.
I know how important and special your dog is to you. No other dog is quite like yours. You desire your dog to be an active member of your family for a long time. Dr. Kim’s writings have been featured in various publications and websites, and she is creator and co-host of Animal Talk Naturally Internet Radio Show.

Kim Bloomer, V.N.D. does not function as a traditional allopathic veterinarian by diagnosing disease, treating disease, or performing invasive procedures, nor do her services replace that of a traditional licensed allopathic veterinarian.
I, as a mature adult, have read the disclosure statement and understand its content and the limits of these services. I voluntarily seek these services for my animal and assume full responsibility for this decision. By completing and submitting the form appearing below ( Request Information Form ) this constitutes my legal signature and acceptance of the services offered by Kim Bloomer, V.N.D., which will stand for the initial consultation date stated in this disclosure form and for all subsequent consultations occurring after this date.

Extended Support for any Consultation
All consultations are individually customized for YOUR dog and are delivered in electronic format (email).
However if you prefer to have a consultation by PHONE or SKYPE VIDEO. The packages are the same but the payment will be higher as each will include an email followup that will include all the links we discuss during the consultation. The cost is PER dog.
Consultations are a two-way written discussion process whereby you and I work together to develop strategies that will assist in helping you to understand and effectively use methods leading to a healthier dog. This begins by having you complete and submit the Health History Profile.
Since each dog is an individual I believe in making this whole process individual as well. I strive to provide a prompt response time to all consultation requests, and all requests or appointment scheduling emails will be answered as they are received, but priority will be given to urgent cases.
If you are unable to download the health history form, please email me and request the history profile/information form. Then, email (or snail mail if you prefer) the completed form back to me, make sure you’ve chosen your payment option and paid in advance, and then we will begin the specific, individual nutrition/prevention plan for YOUR dog.
