My name is Dr. Kim Bloomer. My passion and my mission are to help our animal companions live longer, healthier lives, naturally!

MY SERVICES: As a animal naturopath, I am committed to helping you achieve optimal health in your dog by giving you practical steps for improving health through preventive care, species appropriate nutrition, and natural alternative modalities.

HOW CAN YOU HELP MY DOG? The principles of natural health that include proper nutrition, fresh air, sunshine, exercise, natural therapies, etc. are based on the fact when the circumstances are right the body can heal itself. Through the benefit of my education, knowledge, and experience I guide you in assisting your dog’s body to respond and heal of its own accord.

Whether your animal companion is currently healthy and you’d like him or her to stay that way … or you are facing health challenges and want to learn about alternative therapies … my consultation services empower you to take control of your pet’s health.

***NOTE***: As much as I would like to, I just cannot answer everyone’s questions who email me for advice for their pets. If I answered all of them, I would have no time to consult with my clients, which I have to do in order to continue to keep my business open and viable. So, ALL questions will need to be scheduled for a consultation. And, yes, I will have to charge for that time just as your veterinarian or any other health care consultant would do when you are seeking their guidance and assistance. I hope you understand – and respect why I have to structure things in this way.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY CONSULTATION? I will go over your dog’s health history form and based upon what you tell me, I will formulate a concise plan of action for you to begin with your dog that will undoubtedly begin with a complete and maybe even entirely new concept in how to properly nourish your dog. In addition I use modalities that include herbal remedies, aromatherapy and supplementation to name a few. By the end of the first consultation you will have a plan of action to implement with your dog. You will be expected to fully participate in assisting your own dog to health by implementing the plan of action we develop together in order to bring about optimal health in your companion.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST The amount depends on where you are with a whole health approach to your dog’s care. Pricing ranges from $85-$160 depending on the level of health your dog currently has and what your level of knowledge is on whole health for dogs.

2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA) is an authorized retailer for goods and services provided by Aspenbloom.

Additional costs will be any herbal, aromatherapy or supplements I may suggest but I do always leave up to you whether to obtain those from me or through your own sources. Because I conduct email only consults now for new clients, you can insert any concerns or questions you’d like me to write you about within the Health History Form (see below as all forms must be completed and signed PRIOR to the consultation). You will be sent a PayPal invoice after I receive your completed paperwork. My work on your consultation will begin AFTER I receive payment.

EXTENDED CARE (follow up questions only for those having obtained an initial consultation ONLY). For those of you who have follow up questions, we can do a short 15 minute or 30 minute phone or Skype consultation. Pricing will depend on the length but starts at $30 per 15 minute consultation. Consults will start and end on time. If you prefer an email follow-up to your questions I will also do those as well. Again pricing all depends on the length and depth of your follow-up needs – but we will discuss those prior via email so there will never be any surprises. Payment is required prior to receiving your consultation.

HOW DO I PAY? I accept all Credit Cards through PayPal. I will send you a PayPal request invoice once we determine what your dog’s needs are. My goal is to help you help your dog be well.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO CONSULT WITH YOU? This varies from client to client. If you heed and implement what is taught in the consultation then you may only need to have the occasional extended support consultation. Most clients who follow all three phases of the consult – read all and apply all they learn in other words – then they rarely need to do any follow up. If however, your pet has a ways to go to optimal health, and you feel more comfortable with ongoing guidance, then a regular monthly consult may be needed until your dog is well on the way to wellness.

CONSULTATION PROCESS: Consultations are available by email, phone, or Skype video phone. The information delivered is the same for each option although it is unique to each individual dog as well.

Because every consultation is individualized to your pet, prior to our initial consultation you must complete, sign, and submit (See Below) the HEALTH HISTORY FORM and AUTHORIZATION FORM. Once I receive your completed forms and you have selected and paid for your consultation option, we will schedule our consultation.

All client information is kept confidential.

Please note that I strive to respond promptly to all requests, and consultations are scheduled in the order they are received. However, priority is given to urgent cases.

TECHNICAL DETAILS Once you have selected the consultation service that is right for you, DOWNLOAD the Health History Profile and Authorization Form.

Hi Dr. Kim,
Thank you so much for your emails and the consultation for Bella - WOW! You have such a way about what you do, it’s so uplifting. Thank you! …Thankfully from your consultation and articles, I am no longer making decisions for Bella based on fear. Well, I wish all animal health caregivers, naturopaths and veterinarians were like you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help with Bella (and for what you are doing for animals and their caregivers). Kind regards, Steve Rosten

Dr. Kim, Thank you so very much. Your knowledge & support mean the world to me! ~Holly & Chamois

Dr. Kim!
I have the happy task of writing to tell you the lump on Eoin’s lip is 100% gone… vanished… not even a trace!!! We can’t thank you enough for all your help and support! We are still giving him the Zeolife, and Greer, too. They had some red in the corner of their eyes, so we figured it wouldn’t hurt to continue it one time per day for a little while. Hugs N’ Kisses, ~Tom, Krystal & Eoin

Hi Dr. Kim,
I was in a random search on the web for help with Callie Rose’s problems (my Lab) and your website came up. I signed up for your news letter and read it for many months. That’s when finally I contacted you for help and indeed you delivered. Thank you! I appreciate your hard work.
~Michelle L Thomison

Hi Dr. Kim,
Good news for once! Dylan had his check up with the cardiologist today and two of his conditions show slight improvement (infundibular stenosis and hypertophic obstructive cardiomyopathy). He still has a lot going on but I will take any good news! I want to thank you again for all your help and advice. It has helped so so much!
~Rebecca Roebuck

Dr. Kim Bloomer is, hands down, the most knowledgeable natural pet care educator I know. She truly cares about animals, wanting the very best for all animals, and is deeply committed to naturally caring for all animals to prevent problems. It’s obvious that Kim spends time researching natural pet care in order to offer the most up to date and accurate natural pet care information available. Dr. Kim has a way of explaining natural pet care that is down to earth while still extremely information packed, making natural care a manageable task for any animal caretaker. I can’t think of any other person that I would want advising me on the care of my precious pets.
~Dee Kreidel, artist, pet lover, mother of 3 children

Dr. Kim’s gentle approach and straightforward instructions made the process both simple and easy–in my experience, natural health can be kind of intimidating, and with Kim there was nothing intimidating about the process whatsoever. She keeps her eyes on the goal, but never makes you feel rushed or overwhelmed.
