Dr. Kim in the Kingdom College of Natural Health’s E-Link: Professor Spotlight
By Dr. Kim • Dec 27th, 2009 • Category: Media Room
PROFESSOR SPOTLIGHT: This month we are pleased to focus on Kim Bloomer, VND, a Veterinary Naturopath, and one of our doctorate professors in the department of animal naturopathy. She started out as a vet-tech with the goal to become a veterinarian, but she was never satisfied with the outcome of animal care she saw. She became frustrated and eventually left the profession wanting to learn about natural health care for humans. But the information she acquired led her right back to her original field, except now she was determined to incorporate holistic health principles when caring for animals.
In addition to hosting her own radio show at www.animaltalknaturally.com, she has just released her new book entitled, “Animals Taught Me That,” available at www.animalstaughtmethat.net. Her personal note is: “I encourage anyone desiring to learn how to help their pets thrive by being proactive with their pets’ care rather than reactive, to consult with a veterinary naturopath.” We at KCNH are fortunate to have such a knowledgeable instructor in this fast-growing field. And Dr. Bloomer is a great resource for those who want to their animals to avoid the medical nightmare!
