Seeing Your Pets Good Health Bloom!

Essential Fatty Acids

kronch_salmon_oilThere is a reason why these are called “essential” fatty acids – it’s because they are ESSENTIAL to our good health and that of our pets! I’m often contacted about joint problems in dogs, usually after conventional care has not helped or only added to the burden of ill health with all the drug treatment and/ or surgery. If we all knew more about our health and that of our pets, we’d not be in this situation. Prevention is so much more worth doing than waiting until you have a whole bunch of cure to pursue AND expense.

I’ll say it again, feeding our carnivore pets a natural species appropriate diet will stave off these types of problems, and in the interim, you can supplement with a good essential fatty acid such as salmon or fish oil. Not only can this help the joints, bones and muscles but the coat and skin as well! A good product to try is Kronch Wild Salmon Oil for Dogs & Cats. Salmon or fish is a MUCH better way to get the Omega 3s into our carnivore pets in place of flax seed or flax seed oil. They are carnivores and flax seed is a grain so save that for yourselves or your horses.
