It teaches us that health is not just absence of disease but an overall high functioning, vibrant, joyful, and fulfilling life that is available by following the simple yet profound precepts this book contains.

Quick reminder, I am NOT skinny, WOOF! It’s just the angle. I have a tendency to stay trim but elegant…that’s what Mom always says, WOOF! Snickerpoodles

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup butter
1 cup raw honey
2 eggs
4 3/4 cups flour (use rice flour or fava bean flour)
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
apprx. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
