Hi Everyone! Well I know we’re not only headlong into the Christmas season and counting down just three more days, but it is also flu and cold season -for fur and flesh! I’m going to share with you what I do in my home to keep us AND Shadrach happy and healthy, without chemicals or over the counter meds.

This simple but power-packed kit is all it takes to keep those bugs, including superbugs, at bay in our home! The Thieves™ essential oil blend was created by Dr. Gary Young according to a middle ages recipe. This recipe was used by thieves who robbed the bodies of dead plague victims but they did not get sick at all because of the blend of herbs they used to protect themselves against the plague. Back then, herbs were used by the poor and essential oils by the wealthy. This blend has been independently tested effective against 99.6% of airborne bacteria, but it is also very virulent against viruses.

I use the Thieves essential oil blend daily on myself and Shadrach. For Shadrach, I rub the oil into my hand and then wipe over his coat. Dr. Blake, DVM has said this can be an effective prevention – one of my favorite words – against canine flu and other viruses and bacteria. I drink it everyday as does my husband. We also use the Thieves™ cleaner which has the Thieves™ essential oil blend in it to clean our entire house and also in the laundry. What an effective and wonderful Christmas smelling product to keep my house clean and without harmful chemicals! It also makes your laundry smell fresh and really clean!

I also diffuse the Thieves™ essential oil blend to keep the air in our home fresh and bacteria and virus-free! It smells just like cinnamon and a perfect way to bring Christmas into the air without any harmful chemicals from candles or incense AND a perfect way have the oils go into your bodies too!

We use the toothpaste and it is one toothpaste I don’t worry about Shadrach eating, lol. He loves toothpaste, weird dog, so I give him some everyday. This toothpaste is fluoride-free, all natural and good way to get the awesome benefit of Thieves™ essential oil blend killing any harmful bacteria in your mouth and your dog’s mouth without killing good and necessary good bacteria.

Along with the toothpaste we use the Fresh Essence mouthwash with Thieves™ essential oil blend in it. It is very effective against plaque and again, Shadrach EXPECTS to get his daily! I recently discovered that his gum on his lower right incisor was swollen and not smelling too good. I suspected an abscess in the making, so I started using a bit of Fresh Essence mouthwash on a cotton ball, diluted with water on his gum and then around all his teeth and gums. Within days that gum opened up, and I could then scale out with a dental tool this black plaque that had gotten in there. Now Shadrach expects to get his daily mouth and teeth swabbing with Fresh Essence and actually sits and waits expectantly for his dental care, LOL!

What a dog! This sure works for us and it could keep your family happy and healthy too!
