For the last 100 hundred years commercial pet food has steadily taken over natural raw feeding of our pets, in particular dogs and cats. The question remains in my mind: WHY? Well, for many reasons and not the least being convenience. We are basically trading our pets longevity and health for convenience. I can hear the naysayers now so I am going to help dispel some of the myths being propagated about raw feeding and why this is the best way to feed your dogs and cats.

Our journey into natural pet care began when I was just ’bout a year old. Mom had been doing natural fur herself but she just didn’t think ’bout me not needing the same thing. Mostly bepaws since she worked fur a veterinarian she thought she was doing all the right things fur me. You know, the usual premium kibble, vaccinations, and prevention heartworm meds and so on. Well I kept tryin’ to tell her that it wasn’t workin’ fur me! WOOF! We dogs can’t tell you humans in words but our bodies tan speak loud and clear. That’s what I did. I got sick a lot and was itchy and coughin’ all the time. Mom did LOTS of research and she found out that I needed meat, no vaccinations, and natural care products wifout chemicals in my yard, home and inside me to yelp me be healthy. Well, I got all well and now I’m very big and muscular and handsome, WOOF! The last straw was when I got a skin condition and mom taked me to the veterinarian. He gave her antibiotics both topical and inside me and I got even sicker! I throwed up a lot and got it all into my lungs and then taked to the emergency. They were very mean to me. Mom and Dad picked me up in the morning and I had poop all over my backside (very embarrassing) and my leg was swolled up huge bepaws they putted a bandage on my leg too tight and they added insult to injury with the huge bill and I was still sick, rrrrruuufff! Mom and Dad were so angry they decided I was going ALL natural! Yippee!

Snake bite: A year ago, my dog, Lily, was bitten on the nose by a rattlesnake. There was an obvious penetration which has remained as a hairless scar. Because of the oils she was again chasing rabbits in three days.
Now, a year later. I have been giving her one Parafree per day in her food each night. This has been for approximately 20 days. On the opposite side of her nose (no scab) a welt began to appear. It was like a wart but covered with hair. Although I examined it daily I could not tell what it was.
